Today Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed bill AB1179 in California which bans the selling of violent video games to children. If you sell a violent video game to minors, you could face a $1000 fine. California follows a handful of other states who have already passed such laws. Expect several lawsuits testing this bill. It seems EA is already on the appeal.
