Joseph Golan has this to say about putting Warthogs inside man-made structures:

1.) Warthog rules
-Warthogs are not allowed to be anywhere inside any man made structure besides that of the side tunnels on sidewinder.
-The Front/back tires are not allowed inside, once they do so it is considered illegal
-If a warthog is accidentally blown in, it then MUST be removed as soon as possible.
2.) Ghost rules
-Ghosts are allowed anywhere on a map.
